1. To build up the OCs' physical fitness to be a strong, smart and courageous young officer. |
2. To build up the OCs' mentally fitness, the emotional quality, sociality and intelligence to have a quality of intregrity morality and loyalty to the service, country and His Majesty the King. |

4. To train the OCs with the academic subject and the naval knowledge according to the RTNA's curriculum. |

Phylosophy "The primary, professional, undergraduate educational and training institution of the Royal Thai Navy that produces the taproots of the Navy."
Mission Statement The mission of the RTNOCR is to discipline the officer cadets to be a young officer who has a quality of good leadership, integrity, morality and loyalty to the service, country and His Majesty the King.
